What to Expect When You Contact The Strength Studio Nottingham
So, you’ve decided you want to join the gym. You’ve emailed us explaining your circumstances, why you’re ready to start, and what you want to achieve. Getting to this point is further than most people get and is vitally important.
Once the initial contact has been made, what can you expect from us?
Quick and Friendly Response
- We aim to reply to any inquiries as quickly as possible.
- Our response will be relaxed and welcoming, starting with a thank you for contacting us and an acknowledgment of the details provided in your inquiry.
Your First Visit: A Casual Consultation
Next, we’ll invite you for a ‘consultation.’ This isn’t a formal meeting; it’s more like meeting for the first time over a cup of coffee to see if you like us and if we’re a good fit for you.
- We’ll discuss your goals and suggest what we believe is the most efficient way for you to achieve them.
- Don’t worry—you won’t be put through any intense workouts during this consultation.
No Pressure to Start Immediately
- If we have the time and you’re ready to start right away, that’s absolutely fine.
- Your first few sessions will focus on movement analysis, where we silently take mental notes to determine the best course of action for you.
- No intense workouts, no embarrassing exercises, and no shouting ordegradation in front of others.
Next Steps After the Consultation
- We’ll explain what we think is best for you.
- We’ll discuss what you can manage financially and, more importantly, the time commitment you can offer us.
- If everything feels right, we’ll complete the necessary online forms and set a date for your first session.
No Hard Feelings
- The decision to take up a gym membership, personal training, or both is entirely up to you.
- If you decide it’s not right for you, there are no hard feelings. We’ll wish you well and hope to see you again in the future.
